Built on excellence Established in 1999 by Josh and Brandy Ochoa, Freedom Construction Services Inc. is built on excellence. Josh began 15 years ago as an apprentice carpenter. After working for other contractors for many years, we decided to start our own construction company in order to deliver quality work at a fair price. Josh is active in the business, providing progress and quality inspection reports for clients and sub-contractors along with daily project management and estimating duties. At Freedom Construction Services Inc. we pride our selves in providing not only construction services but also building relationships using biblical principals with our employees, vendors, clients and community.
